They use a lot of loan words (check-in and reception in your examples).

The first is in formal speech. Switch "le dispiace" and "Può tenere" for "ti dispiace" and "Puoi tenere" if you want the informal variants.

Can you hold our bags?

Può tenere i nostri bagagli/le nostre valigie?

However, it would be more polite to ask "Le dispiace tenere i nostri bagagli?" (Do/would you mind holding our bags?)

Can we check-in early?

Possiamo fare check-in in anticipo? o È possibile fare check-in in anticipo?

(Also "Possiamo fare check-in presto?" however "presto" has the double-meaning of "soon" so in-anticipo is clearer here).

An alternative to the loan word "check-in" is to express presenting yourselves to reception.

È possibile presentarci in anticipo?

The loan word is really common however.

How late will someone be at the front desk?

Fino a che ore ci sarà qualcuno alla reception? o Fino a quando si può trovare qualcuno alla reception? o Che sono gli orari di reception? (What are the opening times of reception?)

Do you need the pronunciation, or do you already know this?
