To Schedule an Appointment

What is the most common verb to use when asking someone if they want "to schedule an appointment"? This would be an informal question by a receptionist at a clinic and/or a dentist or doctor's office.

¿Quisieras concertar una cita?
¿Quisieras programar una cita?
¿Quisieras agendar una cita?
¿Quisieras fijar una cita?

Any and all input is appreciated.
