I'll get it/I'll answer it (the door)=(lo) Contesto/Contesto al teléfono
I'll get it/I'll open it (the door)=Te (la) abro=Te abro la puerta
Me (lo) puedes abrir, por favor?=Can you open it (for me) please?
Te (lo) llevo=I'll take it (for you)
