I think it means "Come dressed in white tip"
vamos as in We go (-amos for nosotros, nosotras of ir)
blanco is white.
vestidos is dresses
punta is tip.
We go in white tipped dresses? I don't know if it's that or Come dressed in white tip
I don't know. :P I'm not an expert in Spanish
