I can't see the difference between "from the museum" and "at the museum". ¿Lo conozco (know) del museo, de verlo por allí, por ejemplo? / ¿Lo conocí (met) en el museo una tarde que me lo presentó mi vecino?

And what about "I know him since last year"?
