In standard Spanish one does not use the present subjunctive with si.

However, one can use the past subjunctive with si; in fact, this is quite common and normal. For example:

Si yo fuera/fuese rico/rica, compraría una casa grande en París = If I were rich, I would buy a big house in Paris.

(Note that the fact is that I am not rich.)
