Sorry, I'm not a grammar expert so I tought it was clear for normal student.

"El acento de intensidad es acento prosódico."
Acento de intensidad: A lot of spanish words have a "point" where it sounds with more emphasis
"El acento ortográfico se llama tilde."
The ortographic accent is called tilde.
"No todas las sílabas con acento prosódico o de intensidad llevan tilde, pero todas las sílabas que llevan tilde tienen acento de intensidad."
So not every word with intensity accent has an ortographic accent, but every one who has an ortographic accent has an intensity accent.

A lot of words have an intensity accent. If the rules says it, you mark it with a "acento ortográfico (tilde)" (ortographic accent or tilde).

Ex: lápiz or pantalón has intensity accent and ortographic accent (in "lá" and "lón")
color, camisa has intensity accent but no ortographic accent in "lor" and "mi"

So intensity accent is the point were your voice is more "hard", If the rules says it, you mark it with a tilde
