he, ha, has, hamos and han are forms of the verb haber....

he comido/hablado
I have eaten/spoken

ha=you have she has or you in the formal have....
has=you (familiar) have
hamos= we have....
han=they have....

it is the present perfect subjunctive tense
I hope that makes sense and that I am correct i my explanation!

Ojala is a word derived from arabic used in spanish today....
Ojala que= I hope that...
