Estoy de acuerdo con esta lista, sólo que en mi opinión ahí y allí son iguales: aquí - here
acá - over here
hasta acá - way over here
para acá - in my direction, in this direction, this way
allí, ahí - there
allá - over there
hasta allá - way over there
para allá - in your direction, in that direction, that way
