The public defence of the thesis will be in one of the Universities signatory to this agreement and may be held by video-conference with the other institution.

The court shall be appointed in accordance with the applicable regulations of the University in which the public defence takes place, and shall have and odd number of members. The court shall include at least one representative from each University and may include the directors of the thesis.

This being the case and according to its regulations, the University where the public defence doesn’t take place, may have their own court during the video conference transmission for the appropriate purposes.
