Must/Should I do it? = ¿Debo hacerlo? Must is also a translation of deber in the present indicative.
You should stop that. = Debes dejar de hacer eso.
You should think about it. = Debes pensar en eso.
I should do it myself. = Debo hacerlo yo mismo.
I should buy it. = Debo comprarlo.

You can change the debo/debes to debo de/ debes de or debería/deberías.But the meaning is slightly different.

Would is a conditional.

I would go to Spain if I had the money.

I would is the conditional and if I had must be in the imperfect subjunctive in Spanish. So this sentence would be:

Iría a España si tuviera el dinero.

Your example sentences:

Would you go? = ¿Irías?
Would you eat something before we go? = ¿Comerías algo antes de que nos fuéramos?

This last one is tricky, because the meaning in English is often more of a command-- Would you do this for me right now?, in which case you should use the present or future tense in Spanish.

Would you eat something before we go?
¿Quieres comer algo antes de que nos vayamos?
Come algo antes de que nos vayamos, ¿quieres?
¿Comerás algo antes de que nos vayamos?
