¿Tuviste un buen fin de semana? Not regional at all. They can be translated as
Have you had a good week? and Did you have a good week? I have always thought that an interrogative using the verb to do is less formal and less British sounding than an interrogative using the verb to have.
I prefer to use one of them in conversation. But a mate of mine uses the other. Which is the more correct sentence to ask someone if they've had a good week/week-end? I thought the use #of the preterite (the second) was the better option.
Same for these two. Which sounds more correct?
¿Qué estás haciendo ahora? These have two very different meanings
¿Qué vas a hacer hoy?
#¿Qué vas a hacer mañana?
¿Qué harás mañana?
Thanks.

# In my opinion they are just different ways of saying the same thing. Regionalism doesn't play a role choosing the future tense.
Vas a hacer seems less formal than
harás
