I suggest something along these lines. Where are these people? In Latin America or USA? Are these "connacionales" US citizens or legal immigrants?
Supposed citizens of Nicaragua, Cuba, Venezuela, Mexico and
perhaps even real (indigenous) citizens have decided to commit attacks against different institutions and businesses with the sole purpose of provoking instability in society.
