Yes, I did wonder about the apostrophe. I couldn't decide what the direct object of 'get' was. Do you get sleep in both cases, or do you get three or four hours in one? I then decided the 'three to four hours' was adjectival, with sleep always the direct object of 'get'.  |
I checked my instinct by dropping the time to one hour: I would certainly say
I would like to get more than an hour's uninterrupted sleep
rather than
I would like to get more than an hour uninterrupted sleep.
