Hmmmm, I'm not sure, what do you think it says? It's not really written quite right. If this is something you're writing, why don't you post what you are trying to say in English so we can use that to check and see if the Spanish is correct?

The are interchangeable, but Rusty is right. Seguir is much more common than continuar.

i didn't use seguir although i know i could have but i did not use it because seguir has a tendency to also mean "still" while, if i am not mistaken, continuar more strongly means "keep" and in my sentence i definitely wanted to say "i KEEP thinking...." and not "i STILL think....."
