The Autumn Leaves
Please correct my translation of the English part, and enjoy the music.
Thank you. The falling leaves drift by the window The autumn leaves of red and gold I see your lips, the summer kisses The sun-burned hands I used to hold Las hojas caídas pasan por la ventana Las hojas rojas y doradas de otoño Veo tus labios, los besos de verano Las bronceadas manos que solía sostener. Since you went away the days grow long And soon I'll hear old winter's song But I miss you most of all my darling When autumn leaves start to fall Desde que te fuiste los días se alargan Y pronto oiré la vieja canción de invierno Pero a ti te extraño más que nada, querida mía, Cuando las hojas de otoño comienzan a caer.

Those are the exact English lyrics.
Nice song. Nat's English is perfect standard American, so if you try to imitate his enunciation, it will help you acheive a good American accent if that's a goal of your's.

I always feel sad when I hear this song because of the melancholy tune and lyrics but I like it. Thanks for sharing a very old song. It is very approrpriate at this time. The leaves of the trees where I live are starting to turn pretty colors and some are already falling.. Good thread
