I would guess, to be a colleague of, to be a member of.

In the United States you may not need to be a member or colleague of the AMA or American Bar Association. All you need is the license and degree.

In the U.S. we don't have one term that covers all professions and trades or all parts of the country.

For most professions and trades that require some type of licensure and registration each state or territory determines its own rules; the customary way to describe the licensure or registration varies by profession and by jurisdiction. For some professions the most common term is "licensed", for others the most common term is "registered", and for others the most common term may be something else.

Licensure or registration in one jurisdiction generally does NOT automatially allow someone to practice their profession in a different jurisdiction, although often there is a reciprocity agreement between two jurisdictions that makes it fairly simple for someone who is licensed in one jurisdiction to obtain the license for another jurisdiction.
