All the PC keyboards I know have "Alt" key at the left of the spacebar and "AltGr" at the right. So I'm sorry, there's not much more help I can provide, but hopefully someone who will know more about computers will find the solution.

However, you may try "Alt + Ctrl + q" and see if it works.
Otherwise, there's the Ascii code: "Alt +64"

Many keyboards that are sold in the US have 2 keys labeled "Alt", one to the left of the space bar and one to the right of the space bar. The one to the right of the space bar is the one that acts as AltGr even though it does not have that label.
