To go cold on something
Hi everyone
Is there a Spanish equivalent of the phrase "To go cold on something"? I was trying to say, "I've gone cold on it," which Google translates as "Me he enfriado en ello," but I'm not sure if that's just a literal translation. Would I instead say something like, "He perdido el entusiasmo por ello"? Thanks |

I would use perder, but I believe I have heard ponerse frio.

There is no equivalent idiom in Spanish, I think. Sometimes I've heard about a situation "se enfrió", like a relationship, or the enthusiasm of people about something, but not really about someone going cold on something.
Some proposals: - Ya no me interesa. - Ya no me gusta. - Me dejó de interesar/gustar. - Perdà el entusiasmo. ...
