Se usa y mucho, quizás cambie el orden Yo diría tengo atadas las manos. A veces depende de la edad del hablante. Estas frases echas, refranes y expresiones se estan perdiendo en el público jóven, una de dos, o no les interesa, o no leen, o no prestan atención y están en su mundo. CHEERS!!!
