Ser and estar again

Ser and estar again

"La víctima debió de ser trasladada al hospital"

Can you correctly use estar trasladada in this case as well? If so, does the meaning change?

No, you cannot use that construction. I cannot think of a single instance, in case it could be used that way.

@Poli: It's passive voice, so it has to be "ser".
