Fracasar
This is a discussion thread for the Daily Spanish Word for May 31, 2009
fracasar (verb) — to fail, mess up, be unsuccessful. Look up fracasar in the dictionary Quisieron llegar a la cima pero fracasaron. They tried to reach the summit but failed.

En este caso, el único subjuntivo está en "es imposible que se fracase", porque expresas una posibilidad muy remota. En tus frases, "cuando" y "si" sólo necesitan el presente simple: "cuando se aprende/se está aprendiendo/se juega/se está jugando", "si tienes ganas de aprender".
