If you buy a suit "off the peg" it means the suit is a standard size and you chose the size which fits best. Rich people go to a bespoke tailor and have that suit made to measure. It's the suit that's bespoke, not the tailor.
Me, I haven't worn a suit for 30 years, so couldn't care less. |
