Holoa a todos

Una pregunta ¿Cómo se sabe cuando se usa estar o ser en esas frases?

"It would be good to do it"

"Sería genial hacerlo"
"Estaría bien hacerlo"
"Sería bueno hacerlo"

¿La palabra "genial" es siempre con "sería"?
¿La palabra "bien" es siempre con "estaría?
¿La palabra "bueno" es siempre con "seria"?

Me podeis corregir las frases que he escrito y explicame si hay una norma
