In this phrase "- Buenos días, ¿podría hablar con la señora Marta Garrido?"

- Buenos días, ¿podría hablar con la señora Marta Garrido?
- Un momento, ____________?
can I use "quién hablas" or this form is not common? the correct answer is "de parte de quién", is it common to ask this way?
