Saber / conocer

¡Hola!

¿Cuál es la diferencia entre saber y conocer?

Tengo una frase aqui: "¿(...) la calle de Los Olivos?"

Pensé que sabe(s) es correcto, pero no es. Es Conozco. ¿Por qué?
