Resources for alphabet and number dictation?

Hola, todos!

I've realized that one of the many weaknesses in my Spanish is my ability to translate spoken number amounts or to even notice when something is being spelled out by letter.

Does anybody know of a source where I can listen to either numbers (larger than 20... up to even millions) or listen to words being spelled out?
