Any good comics?

I would like to try learning Spanish by reading comics. As a rule the language seems natural and simple, and the context makes them easy to understand. However, when I search on the net, it's mostly Garfield and Mafalda, comics often with little text and little action to set the context. If possible, I would like original comics in Spanish, preferably some Latin American ones. (If this is not possible, I have found Spanish translations of Asterix that should work fine.)
