Tienes Tan Buena Mano

People,

As I was walking by the TV I heard a piece of conversation, and the lady said to the man "Tienes tan buena mano". Well, I didn't think much of it at the time, but I became a bit curious later on. Would this mean something like "Tengo mano izqueirda para estas cosas"?

The man had had a baby in his arms which he had put down.

Could somebody give a couple of example sentences?

Dean
