A person is saying/doing something and the other interrupts with, "ya, ya, ya" does it mean "ok, ok, ok (I get it/that's enough)" ?

And can someone explain "ya que" as it is used here...
Tengo muchas inquietudes ya que hace varios dias me hicieron unos estudios de mi cerebro.
ya que tengo muchos malestares desde hace muchos años.
