Quick Translation
Hello, I'm new and need a quick translation. I've tried to use online translators, but they do not translate this into intelligble english. There must be some non-literal subtelties to the phrasing that auto translators cannot pick up on.
Anyway, the phrase is "Es vienes quiere decir que ha pasado mucho tiempo que no has ido". I was conversing with my limited spanish skills with an online friend and asked what "hace mucho no vienes" meant. Unfortunately, I can't decipher the explanation! I'm roughly understanding him to say that it's something to do with wanting to say I haven't been in awhile or something along those lines. It was online message chatting, so it may not be entirely correct as people tend to shorten things during instant message chats. Please help! You'll have my eternal gratitude! Gracias!
