no es para tanto
no es para ponerse asi no es para desanimarte These phrases do not translate directly to English. They seem to act as a defusing agent. They are passive. No es para tanto = it's no big deal (I think it does anyway) No es para ponerse asi=Does it mean, it's not my intention to make you feel that way? I suppose they can be used ironically as well. Does it appear as if I understand these phrases correctly? |
