Solía usar este programa en el pasado, cuando estudié español formalmente (es decir, en clase con profesor) y funcionaba muy bien para mi. Especialmente cuando tuvimos exámenes.

Sin más preámbulos... Spanish Verb Trainer de HelloSpanish.com.es.

Es gratis pero creo que es sólo para Windows (que pena porque uso mucho Ubuntu).
