Estaba hablando con un señor, pero se me dificultó entenderle porque hablaba medio mocho el español.
I was talking with this man, but it was pretty hard to understand him because he was just butchering his Spanish.

However, I didn't know the nuance of the example of DayliWord for mocho. I only used mocho as a synonym with fregona.

While doing a bit of research for this word, I did run across a place where mocho = mop. But I have a question for you-- Is that the only way you use mocho, or can it also be used as an adjective in Spain?

In Spain it just means mop.

Yes, I agree with Gemma. I had never heard of mocho as an adjective before. But it sounds cute.
