Smile Sentences in Spanish

Hello everyone!
I have been learning Spanish since 4 weeks by myself via books.
I figured out that a good way to learn this language would be by making sentences. So I have included a few sentences using the words I have recently learnt. I am not really sure about the grammatical accuracy of these sentences so I hope that you all would be kind enough to tell me where I went wrong.
1) Yo compré doce camisas y cinco zapatos.
2) Yo quiero comer ahora.
3) Estoy aburro de mi carro.
4) Pues, preparo pollo y pescado por tú.
5) Me gusta el perro.
6) La mujer esta fea.
7) Nosotros podemos hablamos.
8) El es mi novia.

Gracias

Hola,

Thanks BenCondor and Esppiral!
Esppiral, in the 4th sentence, why would it be "perpara" and not "preparo" ?
Also, why is it "para ti" and not "por tú" ?
Thankyou

I don't know why Espiral changed 'preparo' to 'prepara': You wrote "I prepare/fix/cook...", and he changed it to "he/she prepares/fixes/cooks...". Both choices are fine.

"Por tú" is wrong: one must say "por ti".
Similarly, "por yo" is wrong: one must say "por mí'.

Yo and are subject pronouns. and ti are prepositional object pronouns. Most prepositions, including por and para, require using prepositional object pronouns.

As for the choice of por or para:

preparo pollo y pescado por ti = I prepare chicken and fish for you (in your place, because of you)

preparo pollo y pescado para ti = I prepare chicken and fish for you (to eat, as a present or gift).
