Multiple Adjectives in Spanish

Does placement of adjectives matter or change the meaning when there are multiple ones for the same noun?

Such as: "el muñeco rojo grande".

Would it change the meaning if it were: "el muñeco grande rojo,"?

Are there rules for this kind of thing?
