Como en la universidad-- Lo que estudias.

Ejemplo:
"My major is Spanish." or "I am majoring in Spanish."

major (course of study, discipline, concentration, specialty) = carrera, especialidad
major (student) = estudiante, alumno/alumna
to major in X = estudiar (la carrera de) X, ser estudiante/alumno/alumna de X, especializarse en X
