Bulk it out

¿Cómo se dice?

"It's got a lot of vegetables in it, which bulks it out"

How do you say to "bulk something out" in Spanish?

Meaning to make it bigger or in the case of food to make it stretch further by putting lots of vegetables in it.

Gracias

It depends on context. Espesar, engrosar and in thickening the gravy.
Añadir substancia may mean what you want.
