"Es imposible que haya pasado 3 años contigo porque ni siquiera llevamos 3 años viviendo aquí. Habremos pasado 3 años aquí en Marzo"

Sí, todo correcto y con sonoridad natural. La traducción literal con "estado" (been) no queda mal si se emplea bien.

La segunda oración no suena del todo natural... para mí al menos.

Habremos pasado 3 años aquí en marzo.

No es sino hasta marzo que se cumplen tres años desde que llegamos.
o bien a la Argentina:
Recién en marzo se cumplen tres años desde que llegamos.
