"She needs all the names of each child written on the back of the picture otherwise she won't know whose is whose"

"Necesita todo los nombres de cada niño escrito en la parte detras del dibujo si no ella no sabrá cuyo es cuyo"

"Cuyo", used like that, doesn't make sense.

Here are some cases where you can use "cuyo" for "whose".
- El restaurante, de cuyo nombre no me acuerdo, está en esta calle.
The restaurant, whose name I don't remember...
- Joaquín Sabina, cuyas canciones me gustaban mucho, dio dos conciertos aquí el año pasado.
...whose songs I used to like...
- El niño, cuyo dibujo sea más expresivo, se llevará el premio.
...whose drawing will be more expressive...


Your construction needs a little more than the dictionary to work:

"...no sabrá de quién es cuál".
