Seeing that

¿Cómo se dice.."

"Seeing that/as you're coming here anyway why don't we do something afterwards?"

"¿Ya que vas a venir aquí porque no hacemos algo despues?"

"Seeing that/as you're going to pass it on your way home, can you ....?"

"¿Ya que lo pilaras de regreso a casa, puedes...?"

I think you can use con tal de que followed by a verb in the subjunctive tense.

Because = porque
Why = por qué

"Ya que" es correcto; pero no significa lo mismo que "seeing that" = Viendo que/Considerando que/Aprovechando que.

Yo diría algo como:

Aprovechando que vendrás para acá, ¿por qué no hacemos algo más tarde?

Considerando que te coge de camino a casa, ¿puedes....

¿Si "ya que" tiene sentido pero no significa "seeing that" que significa?

Lo he visto en un diccionario y pone que "ya que o en visto de que" significa "seeing as/that"

Me refería a que "ya que" está más próximo a un "puesto que" o "debido a" que a las otras opciones. De todos modos, da a entender prácticamente lo mismo.
