Lowercase Ü

I couldn't find the answer to this in the sticky thread - I have a laptop pc which runs Windows 7 and no numeric pad. I've installed the Spanish keyboard and am trying to type a lowercase Ü. When I press shift+'+u, I get an uppercase Ü. Can someone tell me how I type the lowercase Ü? Thanks
