Asking about water or ice?

What's the best way to ask if the ice in a drink is purified or from a radio?

Would something like this work?

El hielo/agua esta purificado?

Or,

Es el hielo de la agua purificado?

Rusty has a spectacular aura aboutRusty has a spectacular aura about
del agua (but agua is feminine)

es (not está)

'From a radio' doesn't make sense to me.

¿Es purificada el agua? or ¿Es el agua purificada?
¿Es purificado el hielo? or ¿Es el hielo purificado?

¿Es el agua con la que se forma el hielo purificada?
¿Es purificada el agua con la que se forma el hielo?

I agree with Rusty's proposals, also: "¿el agua del hielo es purificada?"

From a radio! Ha! Sorry. I do everything on my phone using a swype keyboard. It has to guess my words... It's not always correct. Meant to say, "from a tap."

Thanks for the replies. Forgot about the 'del' contraction.

Water from a tap = "agua de la llave"

water (from the tap) = agua corriente

tap = grifo [canilla or llave are localisms]

El hielo ¿está hecho con agua (purificada/de filtro)?

My wife (colombian) would use "la llave" and "de filtro"
