Lo tienes claro
Tenerlo claro.
How can we translate that in the context that somebody thinks things are going well, and escurren el bulto, y decimos lo tienes claro, meaning we don't care about it, we are not doing anything to solve the problem. |

That term surprises me, because I would think that lo tienes claro would mean you have grasped the idea, but in your context the opposite is implied, and it means you've got it all wrong or idiomatically you've missed the mark.

tener claro algo is to grasp the idea, but the other meaning is not to miss the mark, it means something like estas apañado, it´s very idiomatic and I cannot think of a way to say in English.
