Hi,
The subject is very close to behold, if not equivalent. Like behold, it belongs mostly to the Bible, they say. Meanwhile, I see it almost every day, everywhere From El Conjugador: He aquí una lista de los verbos que se acerca más: What is the real status of this expression in modern Spanish? |

He aquí can also mean "here is", as in your sentence from El Conjugador.
It is used in modern Spanish, and I think it is used more often in contexts where some degree of formal language is customary, as compared to informal social settings. |

I agree with Wrholt.
In a less formal construction, you may say "aquí hay" or "aquí está...".
