Hola a todos,
La frase en cuestión es del libro Cuenta contigo de Patricia Ramírez Loeffler. Observación Ahora que sabemos que la ciencia avala la imitación y que tienes claras tus necesidades y sus beneficios, observa tu alrededor. El proceso de atención es fundamental en este punto. Prestar atención supone focalizar lo que quieres copiar y desatender lo que no te interesa. Am I correct in thinking that "y sus beneficios" refers to "la imitación"? It's hard to know what «sus beneficios» refers to given only this context. Without more context, we're only guessing.
It couldn't be "imitation." That's not plural. It could very well be "the benefits you'll receive as a result of having your needs met." After looking at it over and over, I'd say that makes sense (and is the best guess you could make). |

Before that she was talking about how imitation can help you become a person you want to be. "Todo no puedes cambiarlo a la vez. Elige tu objetivo. Yeah, based on the additional context, I'd say those are the benefits she referred to.
