Este tema ha sido casi un eje transversal a lo largo del libro. Te- nemos la capacidad y, con ello, la libertad de elegir lo que pensa- mos. Nuestros pensamientos funcionan como el principio de Arquímedes, ¿te acuerdas de lo que decía?: ... Tus pensamientos funcionan de la misma manera. No eres culpable de nada, estás intentando cambiarlo, y eso ya es suficiente. Necesitas tratarte con respeto, con benevolencia y con paciencia, y también necesitas saber que los cambios requieren tiempo. Así que cada vez que te descubras pensando de forma catastrófica o enredándote con lo que no te conviene, empuja el barco pero no te castigues. Recuerda que la autocrítica te perjudica.

¿Qué significa "que pienso en negativo"?
