Saborear
This is a discussion thread for the Daily Spanish Word for March 31, 2009
saborear (verb) — to savour, relish, taste, enjoy. Look up saborear in the dictionary Estaba saboreando su pastel hasta que se acordó de la dieta que estaba llevando. He was enjoying his cake until he remembered that he was on a diet.

Regular in a sense that it is not irregular . It's right

Saboreé is correct. However in spoken language (not written language), you will often hear saborié, because it's easier to pronounce. It is a non-standard usage, and should not be used in formal situations. This is applicable to most verbs that end in -ear.
