Bueno, eso son sutilezas del idioma. Yo lo he visto de las tres maneras. Quizá es más formal "de pleno derecho" y se usa más. "Con pleno derecho" también lo he visto habitualmente (con pleno derecho de voz y voto, por ejemplo). "En pleno derecho quizá" sea menos habitual. Pero creo que son sutilezas que no tienen excesiva importancia (es mi opinión )

Otra cosa es que digas: En Chile están "en pleno" verano. Pero eso ya es otra cosa.

Sure! I knew what I was wrong, but I wasn't sure about the season. Of course! On the contrary from here (sure I've made mistakes here, but I can't find, I wanted to say: "al contrario que aquí"). Here it's spring now.
