capítulo (masculine noun (el)) — chapter. Look up capítulo in the dictionary

We also say "capítulo aparte", when talking about something there is another question that needs another sort of treatment or discussion.

Estábamos hablando de la economía. El tema de la salud es un capítulo aparte.

Muy interesante y similar a algo que he escuchado en México, que es "punto y aparte": "El tema de la salud es punto y aparte". Si no me equivoco, la frase "punto y aparte" se refiere a terminar un párrafo e iniciar uno nuevo.

La expresión "punto y aparte" también se utiliza aquí. Pero cuando dices que algo merece un "capítulo aparte" es que requiere un estudio más detallado. A veces, con punto y aparte rompes con un tema que se está tratando.
